Not a bad product to be honest, the quality is good. It feels decent, rises/falls quietly and smoothly, and sits pretty damn flush with my desk. But I am EXTREMELY disappointed that the advertised 4.2A fast charge lies. I'm too lazy to pull out the voltmeter, but none of the outlets were able to quickly charge any of my devices that could detect it. I have confirmed that the overall voltage at the outlet is fine, when I plug the fast charge USB plug into one of the 120V outlets, it charges very well quickly. enough to bring it back. But I absolutely won't buy any other and I wouldn't buy this over another brand that was only marginally more expensive but also advertised USB fast charging so I was tricked into buying it over a competitor and that's mean .
