They have helped us with creating content calendars as well as managing several campaign budgets at once through their platform so that I don't need go into each location myself every week which saves me valuable working hours! Nothing really they could do better but perhaps just more social media integration? It's great having someone available who knows what we're talking about when clients come up against questions regarding digital marketing or creative development etcetera - very useful & reassuring :).
