Xerox 106R02313 toner cartridge was purchased for $245 from Revain, sold by Antonline.com. When we put a cartridge into our printer, our printer gave us an "INVALID PRINT CARTRIDGE" error message. When we contacted Xerox we were told the cartridge was defective and we would have to return it to the seller. We tried to send it back to the seller Antonline but they didn't send us a return authorization because the product was opened. "A consumable product that cannot be returned once opened or consumed." They told us to contact the manufacturer and try to work with them for warranty support if necessary. Xerox will not work with us as we did not purchase the product from them so we lost $245.
