The approach to new clients has been great! They do all of our digital marketing for us (and that's awesome). I am so happy with them we started using their services years ago when they were called "The Agency". There isn't anything i dislike about working with loy mark rapp it just happens sometimes but its not usually there fault. We have had one account manager switch positions over 3 times since my time at the office here. It got better towards the end she finally stuck around long enough. Their team members are really friendly guys who know what they're doing and how to work effectively together as well. If you hire someone from LM RapP be sure your comfortable if they don't understand things or can make quick decisions then this might not serve anyone good.
