Review on 🎧 Otium Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.0 Headphones with LED Display, Long Battery Life, IPX8 Waterproof, Green by Adrienne Gonzalez

I looked at a lot of headphones and finally decided I needed these for features that other headphones don't have. At first I was very impressed. The headphones isolate all noise, the battery lasted 2 hours from a single charge, the digital display made charging less of a guessing game, and the USB port to use the case as a second battery was just great. Everything was going exceptionally well until I pressed the phone to my ear and heard a click. 2 pieces of plastic came out and when I looked at my headphones I saw that one piece was broken. I was very disappointed as I have only used them 3 or 4 times and have never dropped them or done anything to cause this. I thought these headphones tested everything on my list, but I missed durability. What a bummer 15th January 2020 - the seller contacted me and fixed the item so I increased my 1 star to 4 stars for the following reasons. I received new headphones which I have been using for 1 week and I have experienced them more than my original pair. The broken piece in the picture from the original review was an area where I was a bit tighter when handling the headphones and I can say with some certainty that the headphones I originally received should have been disposable . These new headphones are every bit as good as my original review and I am very impressed with Otium's customer service.
