The team is very flexible to work with- which really helps when you are working remotely from all over India/UK or in different timezones! It’s great that we can get feedback almost immediately without having to wait for 2 days as it sometimes happens if I send an email through their ticketing system. As mentioned above - they do not have any dedicated support department (and this could be due to low volume) but still we manage quite well by communicating via Slack channel. Would recommend them because of their responsiveness within minutes of receiving tickets. We use Fearsolvers helpdesk services only since past one year now and haven't faced anything negative yet. They were hired to provide development service using our CMS platform where tickets would come mostly from technical side like issues regarding code etc.
