Great Pepper Mill. It brings aesthetics to the kitchen. We had an oxo pepper grinder but it broke (not because it's cheap) so I bought this to replace. oxo didn't look so pretty. These are easier to grind. The coarse setting isn't as big as the Oxo and doesn't grind as much at once, but you can use it to grind whatever you need for tabletop touch-ups. It's also easier to know what grind size will be on the Oxo. I think this one grinds much finer. This grinder: Pros Looks great Easy to grind Really tasty Cons: Expensive All in all a great grinder if you don't mind spending the money. Is it better than Oxo? If you're just looking at it from a practical point of view I'd say no, but if you care about aesthetics or want it to be for the table I'd go for this one
