Review on 🧼 Piaa 97065 Si-Tech Silicone Wiper Blade - 26-inch 650mm (1-Pack) - Enhanced SEO by John Koch

Silicone wiper blades are the best as they tend to leave a thin mark.

Silicone wiper blades are the best as they tend to leave a thin film of silicone which I find helps rain bead off the windshield. I've tried RainX and Aquapel and while both seemed to work well, they quickly wore out. Silicone wiper blades constantly reapply this thin film with each use. I had some on a previous car and was thinking of an OEM replacement for my new car as they have not worn out in any way. But after a few rainy days I was convinced that the new regular wipers just weren't as good as the ones I'm used to, so I finally went with them. I'm glad I did because the next time it rained the windshield was a lot cleaner. That said, the rain rolls off on its own if it wasn't too heavy, which I didn't notice before installing it, and doesn't hit as easily outside of the area where the wipers wipe. When it rains heavily and you need to turn on the wipers, they do their job perfectly. As for this particular model from PIAA, I think they are top notch. Installation was easy as several universal adapters were included. I did not find any problems with uneven contact of the wipers with the windshield. With my longer 26-inch wiper, I only notice slight spinning and buckling at the extreme edge at freeway speeds when the windshield isn't smeared by rain or washer fluid, but even then it still cleans the windshield well. .If you value being able to see the windshield for safety reasons, it's worth it. ps Note that Revain's vehicle fitment database is not accurate. Look for the dimensions you need for your vehicle from a more reliable one Source or, if you can't find it, be like me and grab a tape measure for the ones you have on your car right now.
