Poor water pressure, poor fit, tips keep falling out

Bought to replace the original with the WP-663. I immediately noticed that the water pressure was greatly reduced. I usually run my waterpik at max pressure, but emptying the tank with this grip took a lot longer. In addition, the interchangeable handle does not fit well in the holder and keeps falling out. Also, my Waterpik tip constantly and annoyingly pops out of the new pen while I'm using it, which never happened with the original pen. Finally, I noticed leaks where the new grip hose attached to the block, so I suspect the seal is bad. Clearly a third class fake. I am about to order a new replacement pen from Waterpik.
