1) Why is the applicator flared on both sides? Makes it very hard to evenly apply and get where you want it without one of the ends scraping parts you've already done.2) It is very liquidy which again makes it hard to apply.3) Instructions say leave for 15 minutes. Lie. It has to sit for at least 45 minutes so buckle in if you choose to get this. Even after that long, some random parts will still be wet because of the uneven application.4) It does mostly all come off in one piece despite all that trouble which is really the only decent thing about it. Leaves a couple little bits here and there that I wipe off with a washcloth.5) Does take off some dead skin and bits of ick but my face looks the same, so I would not get this again.This was my first time ever using one of these masks and I don't look like a newborn baby so I'm disappointed.
