I rarely post photos or videos. The product has to be extremely amazing or downright awful. Unfortunately, this product was incredibly frustratingly awful and had a major design flaw. I built my own camper and used a different flow tool. I bought this one because I broke another through overuse, so I'm fairly familiar with how these tools work. But this one had a different locking mechanism, it's a little silver 'leg' that goes in the middle of the rivet but a pivot to keep things moving. I've followed the instructions and tried many times but (sorry for the frustrating language) The f@&$@@$ shell kept falling out when you tightened the spindle cap! I couldn't even finish a rivet when it started falling out. That's why they give you an extra because they fail and you lose it! They are so interested in fixing the falling out lock case issue that they just give you and another know they fall out all the time. Folks, save your money, frustration and time and buy another brand that doesn't have the shell in the middle as long as it's a picture of the silver shell that keeps falling out. No matter how I tried to adjust or tighten it. Second, the shank of the rivet nut is too short, so you can only use the rivet nut provided. You can't use a slightly longer plus nut, which makes this tool even less functional. I'm returning this and will buy the Astro again, the shaft wasn't one piece but it works with both rivet nut and nuts. durable, not hollow like other brands. But this tool doesn't work. Pity!
