The platform is very user friendly. It's easy to navigate and allows me to track my candidates from start to finish. I'm able to communicate with them directly through the platform as well. There are some features in the system that I wish were more intuitive but it's not a deal breaker by any means. As long as you have a good understanding of how the system works, you should be fine. I've been using this software since March 2018. I find myself using it multiple times per week. It has helped us keep track of all our applicants and make sure they know what to expect throughout the hiring process.
