My order had some delays but they finally arrived. I've only had them for a few days, but I've noticed a difference after walking long distances for groceries or doctor's appointments. I usually feel sore and exhausted due to lower back pain, have actually noticed slightly less pain when pedaling these shoes. The fit is very comfortable and the fabric is breathable and breathable. (Definitely INSIDE SHOES as advertised for dancing, sports etc, not shoes to be worn outdoors when exposed to very cold, wet or freezing weather conditions for a long period of time.) but glad I tried them got for the original reason to help with back pain. After wearing it for a long time I can order another color.
