We use this product at our organization as part of an integrated campaign management system (Campaigner). This allows us quick access from any device regardless if we are working remotely or not! The interface could be simplified but it has all functionality you need without being too confusingly complex when first loading up your account page! There isn't much I dislike about the program except maybe some minor glitches here & there which seems like they would get fixed quickly after getting feedback so no issues with customer service either. Try using something else until then though because nothing currently available comes close enough especially considering pricepoint compared to competition! Having everything centralized into one place makes collaboration easier than ever before!! I like being able to see all my team's reports at once so I can quickly find what I need when I'm trying to figure something out. There are times when it takes up to 30 minutes before the report appears after I submit the request. If you're looking for a way to centralize your data reporting, this is perfect! We've been able to create custom dashboards using our own data sources as well as pulling from multiple 3rd party sources.
