This shirt WAS a disappointment .The fit was extremely uncomfortable and ruined my workout. The material is sweat-wicking, but the sizing is completely off. Despite the promising functionality, I cannot recommend this shirt due to its poor fit. Men's Fashion deserves better options in activewear..
