Non-stop swimming in the pool in summer. This shampoo really removes chlorine. After using it, my hair smells wonderful and it's conditioned a bit too. It is more suitable for my three children aged 7, 11 and 14. Also, I only use the Ultra Swim conditioner on my hair and it seems to condition my hair pretty well. You only need a little, but it doesn't "lather" which makes it a little harder for my kids to figure out how much to use. A simple solution is to show the old ones and apply them to the younger ones. The price was better than the local pharmacy and it came as promised. I definitely recommend this shampoo for swimmers who swim in pools.
