Very comfortable, clean, with accurate sound reproduction. All features work as advertised - ANC, transparency, touch control settings. The positive reviews from other buyers are true, they are really good, the best I've ever had. What about the negative reviews, yes the charging cable is only 8 inches long, it works but I have others that I use. Yes, it's a bit difficult for me to take the earbuds out of their case, it's a compact case and the earbuds nest securely inside each other. The app used to set up the headphones doesn't have an equalizer, my phone does, they sound great. and the high frequencies will deteriorate and lack definition. That's how I stumbled across them, I hope this helps those trying to decide.
