So far so good no plug and play
Very happy to have been using it for a week now - no plug and play, you have to download the software on your laptop. I may have missed it in the details/product description - I have 2 monitors connected and a keyboard mouse combo - I regularly switch between 2 laptops 1 Dell and 1 HP - at one point I plugged in the charger and it really overheated, conditionally too - Why did the monitors turn off? - I am not connected to a power source, I am only connected to a computer and have had no problems - The fact that it has a USB3 and USBC port is a real + general satisfaction. I would have liked a longer cable.
