Review on Case Logic KSW 92 Capacity Prosleeve by Rich Schobinger

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Not as good as the old ones but still working

I have bought several of these over the years and find the quality is not as good as years ago. The strips of fabric around the zipper seem a lot thinner and thinner than the old ones. They used to slide the strap up and down so they could be stowed flat...the new ones are fixed so they always overhang. The coating material doesn't seem to be that durable either. However, the internal slots and sides appear to be the same as in the past. In comparison I give 3 stars overall for quality and 5 stars for functionality... and the older (discontinued) 5 stars consistently. It looks like the logic of chance is sacrificing to potentially lower costs at the expense of quality. UPDATE 06/19/2020 I bought two more of these (Koskin 208) today out of necessity. They appear even more fragile than the ones I reviewed above and, again, don't even come close to the Koskin quality they've been using for years. Some of the original Koskin I models have been around for over 10 years and still retain their original quality. This . Well, just hope they last a few years. Case Logic has gone from a quality product to CHEAP! CHEAP! CHEAP! Also, the image showing Revain is reminiscent of an older Koskin Disk wallet (better), not the current one they are currently selling.
