Review on PLUSPOE Dimmable Magnetic Transformer Compatible by Greg Bloom

I've powered it from a standard triac dimmer and the results are good. There's no noticeable hum and attached LED strips dim fairly well. I remove the asterisk because the kit does not include a POLARIZED power cord, but the "hot" and "neutral" terminals are clearly marked on the unit case. Either important and the plug should be polarized, or it doesn't matter and the label shouldn't emphasize hot and neutral. Can't be both ways. Also, it wasn't clear how to remove the small cover from the end of the power cord to access the mounting screw. I finally found out that there are small protrusions in the plastic frame and if you pry the frame outwards a bit you can lift and remove the purple cover.
