Received from Revain on December 2nd 2019 and one of the three is not taking any more charges at all. The setup procedure is not very good. It was hard to get him to move. These devices need to be charged more often than my other older devices that last 3 years. My old units from another company have an array of LEDs, give almost the same amount of light, are easier to use, last longer and are in fact much easier to set up. Charge well even after all this time. I don't know what the quality problem is, but I definitely won't reorder. Even if you could get a replacement, what would be the point? Who knows how long the other two, which take a lot of reloading, will last. Really sad as I need them for safety on my stairs especially during a power outage. This is a real security issue. The old ones were a Christmas present and I will get to know the company and order from them. February 20, 2020. Now the second of the 3 just died and won't charge. February 28th. The third one failed and I tried to recharge it. The red charging indicator is off, but it doesn't work. Unfortunately.
