It took me a while to install this on my family member's broken iPad, but I finally got it done. I was impressed that it also has a white border, although I couldn't use it due to the iPad's crumpled corners. But I used a few pieces of it in some places where the original frame wouldn't hold. The iPad screen worked great. It also came with instructions but they weren't 100% correct to replace my iPad's screen. I would advise checking your specific model number and finding instructions based on that. You don't want to accidentally cut the cable when removing a broken screen because you're following the wrong instructions.
