EXCELLENT salt mill. Super simple and easy to use. Very well made, high quality item. Once you get used to the taste of Celtic Gray Sea Salt, hand-picked off the shores of France, all other gourmet salt flavors pale in comparison. But in reality, gray sea salt retains moisture and clogs most salt mills. Before purchasing this grinder, constipation was a source of daily frustration for me. Then I bought this Peugeot 32456 salt grinder and have been using it several times a day for the past three months. Unlike the other reviewers, I find it very easy to add salt. The top nut is very easy to remove and replace, and the salt hole is very easy to fill. But best of all, this grinder will NEVER get clogged with wet salt. Works beautifully and efficiently every time. If you're a fan of gray sea salt, seriously. I highly recommend this salt mill.
