The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

I needed to have my warranty repaired, so I went to Nespresso, but the service I received there was the absolute WORST I'VE EVER RECEIVED. How do you manage to maintain such a high quality of service while working in Hong Kong on a daily basis? In support, the operator and I discussed the circumstances of the repair, which are as follows: the master will remove the coffee machine and diagnose it for a period of twenty days; during this time, they will provide a replacement for the coffee machine. Because of this, the coffee machine was NOT GIVEN for REPLACEMENT, and it is not currently available. However, we have come to an agreement that free machines will be made available to us as soon as they become available in stock. 20 days pass, silence. I call customer service once more, and this time they tell me that the vehicle is currently being repaired, that the repair will take 45 days, and that they CANNOT PROVIDE a replacement vehicle because the repair has already begun. The operator has the responses to all of my claims memorized. "I can appreciate the frustration that you feel." In the United States, a Nespresso machine can replace an automobile in less than 24 hours, while in Hong Kong it can do it in less than 65 days. Make your own inferences from the evidence.

  • The first half year of ownership, the automobile functioned adequately. It would occasionally refuse to start, after which it would simply stop functioning entirely.

  • Failure occurred after a period of use of six months.
