Despite Soozier's professed devotion to its customers, I was let down by my most recent internet shopping experience with the company. It was extremely difficult to get assistance with a purchase. The customer service team responded slowly and seemed disinterested in resolving my issue. What's more, the product I got was of low quality. I was hoping this business would succeed, so that news is disappointing. My personal experience with Soozier has taught me to advise others to proceed with care.
