Bought this car because it was advertised as 'the latest and greatest'. It's a good car and it's very, very quiet, which was another plus for my purchase. After repeated use, however, the mat either did not load or loaded crookedly. Discussed with other users on the Scan N Cut FaceBook page and tried everything they suggested. It will work multiple times, and they will return to the epicenter again. As the frustration grew I decided to return it and get another model. I had fun learning how to scan and cut. I hope to do a lot more, but with a different car.
