I love Shiseido. Aversion to broken seals and used products
Both bottles came with broken seals, caps and pumps are missing. The ingredient labels were missing. If you look at the light, it is easy to see that the content was lower than that of the new product. Despite all this I was tempted to keep them because I love Shiseido but was persuaded to return/exchange them as these items were clearly counterfeit. Fingers crossed this order was just a fluke and the next order will be ok.
