The product is clear and forms a foam when mixed with warm water. But very good! Never use on sensitive skin. I've been using the CREAM FORMULA for over a year and it doesn't sting. Also, the creamy formula contains fewer ingredients, making it a cleaner product. I read other reviews but thought I'd order the same product I'm using now. Have now ordered the correct product - a creamy formula - and thanks to Revain's understanding they are replacing this product for me free of charge as it does not match the description on the website.
