The hook is easy to install and works well. I like that they give you 2 also. The silicone on this squeegee works well. However, it does squeak a lot! My biggest problem is that the metal holding the silicone on is too long on the back side. Therefore, when I try to scrap the floor of my shower it hits the wall and would scratch acrylic or any other delicate wall material. I have porcelain tile on my wall, so it is just noisy and annoying. Plus the finish on my squeegee is rubbing off from hitting the wall when I do the floor of my shower. I'm not crazy, I do the floor to prevent mold buildup in the areas that don't quite drain enough. Basically, any area that you will be working with a 90 degree situation this will scratch one side. I hope that makes sense. Otherwise it is a good squeegee so far. I will add photos later if I can find the time to.
