Good but not great.
This lets me connect a flash memory card to my Fire TV Cube, which is good, but I was sure I could use it to connect an external hard drive, which is what I really wanted , and it doesn't work. I always have to turn on my laptop when I want to watch shows or movies that I have stored on my external drives so that I can access them with VLC player over my home network. I was hoping to avoid this by using it to connect the drive directly to my Cube, but was disappointed again.
