Hmm. To be honest I read a few reviews that warned me about snags, but I was optimistic and bought it anyway. Let me start with 1 by saying I'm straight. I'm not a hairdresser and I don't know how to iron my hair. However, after trying this product a few times, I was disappointed and started using a rat tail comb to straighten my hair. Getting tangled in my hair and getting caught every now and then didn't bother me anymore (it felt like burning my hair). So it works, but it doesn't work, yeah I've given up. Good luck to others willing to risk this product.
