The best part is that this tool helps me identify defects in my projects even if I am not physically present at them. Also, it provides an easy access for all stakeholders which reduces chances of miscommunication or confusion while resolving issues within a project. Sometimes when there are many users accessing the same file simultaneously then performance slows down. But overall this software has been very useful in solving problems related to construction defect management. We have used this software extensively since last couple of years with great success.
