Review on 🍳 Cuisinart Chef's Classic Nonstick Hard-Anodized Double Burner Griddle - Charcoal, 13" x 20 by Megan Knoll

This is definitely my new favorite cookware! This Cuisinart pan is a dream! While not as heavy as cast iron, it's certainly a quality material and construction. The pan is heated evenly, so there are no undercooked parts. It cools down quickly and is easy to clean. I love making breakfast ahead of time. Now I can bake twice as many pancakes in a much shorter time. Today I baked 36 pancakes in less than 30 minutes. It used to take an hour to cook half that amount in a pan. I also cooked some quesadillas. I used to only be able to cook two at a time on my largest pan. Now I can do 4-6 at a time. When I bought a new stove a few years ago, there was a cast-iron pan in it. However, it is heavy, bulky and difficult to clean. Also, I have to wait a long time for it to cool down completely to clean it.
