Have you ever been in love with someone you found attractive but never met? And then one day you actually meet up with that person and have a light conversation with them — you know that feeling when your attraction to them wanes as you learn more about them? Yes, something similar with this heater. The heating is attractive. I had it a week ago and it certainly caught the eye of every visitor - a great conversation starter. When it's on, the room will definitely get warmer. Although it took several hours to warm up the small room. The heat comes out strongly, but only through a small hole at the top of the device. The block is heavier than I expected and it's a lot wider than I thought it would be. Maybe it's just me, but I don't really understand "crystals" - I think they make the heater cheaper - crystals give it an "exchange" look. I know I can buy a quality Muvh-Netter heater for the same price (about $150). Although it won't be that attractive. I haven't decided yet whether to keep the heater or send it back. If it stays I'll have to buy another heater (small and cheap) to heat the room faster and better. Not sure how this item qualifies as a touchscreen? Ideal for very small rooms with low ceilings. If you have high ceilings, this won't work either.
