At first we really liked this badge as we got a lot of compliments. Hoping it would last longer than a year!? Unfortunately, it's not good for our business because of the cost and the ability to do it in just a year. Bought in March 2019 and not even used until April 1st 2019 when we bought our cafe. However, this product had glitches from the start that bothered us, but we decided that they were just applications from our phone, due to which the open part of the shield at the top turned on by itself at night, so it was already with turned on when we arrived in the morning and the three of us made sure the sign was turned off the night before before we left the cafe.” Now last week's sign underneath is broken showing when we're open. It just flashes uncontrollably all over the floor. The time is not displayed, the numbers just keep flashing. Flashing nonsense to be honest. We've tried turning it off and on again to no avail. We've tried to "reset" it in every way we can, but to no avail. Even though we left it plugged in, the opening sign still works. But tonight he just stopped out of the blue with time all the way down? Not sure if the board is going bad or what happened to it!? I'm just glad it's currently working again because I asked your company what's going on with it, but you didn't properly read our email about the problem and only replied that the app might have an open part at night. Thank you anyway. but we're frustrated with everything right now. :(
