Sharp and well balanced
Here are some of my wife's observations. It's sharp and works well. Feels balanced in my hand. But for some reason the blades are serrated, giving you a jagged surface when you're peeling fruit or vegetables. The grooves aren't a barrier, but I'd prefer smooth skin to the grooves.
