Shoulder straps are flimsy, feels like they will break if you pull on them. I would worry about someone stealing my purse. This allows you to easily cut the straps and escape. The zippers are bulky and don't close well, feel very cheap. The phone is difficult to insert and remove as the transparent plastic screen sticks to it. It's easy to turn on the phone and touch the transparent screen, but difficult to turn off the phone with the side button when you're done.
