I like how it is customizable, so that we can personalize our bot for my clients as well! It really does help with customer service because you don't have to take over someone's phone line or call them back manually just by speaking through your chatbot - everything gets taken care of automatically from there!! The only downside would be if they could add more ways in which customers/clients interact (I think this has been addressed within recent releases though). This software allows us at work not get stuck handling calls all day every single time one comes up; now when ever anything goes wrong i am able pick out who was responsible right away without having too look into logs etc.; plus being fully transparent about what happened makes things easier even after some incidents occur agains people working here since nothing happens behind their backs anymore ;-) We are solving issues relating around internal processes such as HR related questions along others pertaining business operations.
