Short, very short. For baby or doll.
These ties are not only tight but also very short. You are miniature. Or for children. I'm not sure. Bought these for my brother who is 6ft 2in and they didn't even reach his belly button. It looked very nice. I had to return them and buy better (and longer) ties.
