Bought this chair after much research. Use it in my office and use it with minimal impact. I liked it for the first month before noticing the fabric was already starting to unravel. Very disappointing. Dirty fabric. The lever to raise and lower the chair doesn't work either. After getting up, the chair does not remain at the selected height, but lowers to the lowest level. You have to keep dropping it. Don't buy if you are looking for a quality and durable office chair. UPDATE: It's been a year and it's getting worse. The chair does not stay at a stable height and keeps falling over. NO REPLY from the manufacturer to my review. Return and refund requested. Just take a look.
