The best feature of this product is its ability to monitor all types of VoiP services including SPA, IP PBXs (Softphone) etc. It also gives you an overview report which includes stats like call volume/duration & missed calls as well as billing info for each month. You can do so much with it but sometimes there could be some issues when switching between tabs or using different features at same time. If you have any issue then just contact them they will help you out in no time. We are solving our customer service problems by sending surveys daily to customers via SMS text messages. This tool has helped us save money since we don't need to send many people over email anymore.
