Tube dried on the eyes

I received the product and tried it this morning. The product appeared to have dried up in the tube, although it was clearly a new tube. I tried anyway, thought maybe it was stuck at the bottom, but it didn't work. Oh good. Maybe I just got a bug. I think you can save some money and just grab a strong hair gel and use a mascara applicator before applying regular mascara.
