I play Gran Turismo Sport and I have trouble cornering at high speeds all the time. You control the left stick and rarely use the right, so I put a Rush on each of my two PS4 Pro controllers. They locked in safely. On one side, the edge of the stick is lower so I can stick my thumbs in and touch the center, left edge, and left edge. Right from the start they gave me better grip to slide from side to side and a much greater range of motion so turns were instantly more precise and smooth. I didn't really have to change my grip; The extra height over the average height is barely noticeable. I have a medium sized adult hand so I think this will work for most people. To use a claw grip instead and comfortably place your thumbs in the center of the joystick would require larger hands than mine. There are many other models for different hand sizes and playing styles.
