This is the very first wig I've ever bought (aside from the crappy ones from PartyCity) and I have to say I'm in love with it! I'm surprised how soft it is even when it's curly. The wig arrived well packaged and tucked in the net to keep it from getting tangled. It's shiny as someone else mentioned, but the tip is to spray with dry shampoo. The color is the same as shown in the pictures. Inside there are hair combs and a band that can be clipped together to loosen/tighten the head for a better fit. The lace front was intact with some baby hairs knocked out to give it a more natural look. Really good buy!
