I gave my husband this cotton candy machine for Christmas, it works very well. Heats up relatively quickly. And makes candy floss very quickly. And it's delicious. The instructions didn't help, but I watched the video on YouTube. Basically just scroll to the end. Once he starts flossing, turn the sugar down until the tension bar is at 90. And you're done. Just keep adding sugar, if it runs out you can leave it at that. The only drawback was the instructions and the box of the cotton candy machine was a bit dented in the corner.
