As the title of this review suggests, once I received and set it up I found that this printer would be more than adequate for normal office work environments. It's called the Business Smart Pro Series, but I didn't realize that when I bought it. I bought by features, brand and price. This printer has all the features of an office machine in a company. I work from home and in my opinion the average home office user could get away with less. However, I really like having all the features and at this price point it's a real bargain. The print speed is fantastic. I also like duplex printing. Wifi access for phones and all family laptops is incredibly handy. I'm old - I still fax. so i love it Set up was easy enough. However, I had to use the DVD. There is a way to do this via online downloads, but I've tried and failed a few times. The touchscreen kills. And my favorite part is the INKvestment Tank for bulk ink purchases. Everyone hates buying ink and if this thing works as advertised I won't be buying ink too often even if the kids are printing school supplies. The only caveat is that this is a fairly large printer. Bigger than my previous one and probably bigger than your average home car. The photos on Revain get it right. Look to get a visual idea of the size. That's not a problem for me at all - I'm lucky that I have a dedicated home office. But when you put it in the kitchen, you need to take a good look at the size to make sure it fits you. I have owned several printers and have had the best experiences with Brother. So far it looks more like this. Highly recommend if you are ok with the sizes.
