The item arrived broken, as if shaken or thrown. The lightest color has completely disappeared and the shimmer seeps through the sealed case. Apply contact customer service and refund the money too bad the size was cute and my daughter would love it note the NYX Ultimate Shadow Palette which came in the same box was bubble wrapped and in perfect condition so before damage may have occurred during shipping.
