***Update****This company is amazing! I have now rated it 5 stars due to the prompt response and care they took to my issue. I will definitely use them and recommend them to everyone! The quality of the bag is solid, it has lots of pockets for everything (parents know we have a lot of things lol!), the bag is also great for hygiene purposes when they need to change and the cradle part is a great size! The bag folds up easily for travel and is a great purchase! I wish they were there when I had a daughter but now they are with my daughter and son who are having their first child! I love how compact it fits into a multi-pocket backpack and the tote bag is great, especially for travel! The only reason I didn't give it a full five stars was because the zipper holds the carrycot in place. The piece is broken at the tongue part to connect both sides so it doesn't stick together.
