I'm very impressed with the quality of this box, especially for the price. The key is included so the lock is actually functional. I love being able to look at how pretty my watches are without having to put them back in their original boxes. My only complaints, and they are minor, is I wish the spacing between watches was a little wider to prevent the larger ones from potentially touching each other, and I wish the watch pillows were a bit smaller or adjustable. They're larger than my wrist, so I can't really put my watch with a metal band on the provided pillows.
