I have a mild skin condition called HS (look it up if you don't know what it is). I usually manage to keep it in check with diet; I stay away from dairy, nutritional yeast, gluten and excess sugar. I've recently had a few winter relapses (rare, so I knew something was wrong, I usually only have summer relapses) and I knew I had to stop it up my ass before it got any worse. I am in favor of complex treatment before antibiotics (which work, but do not cure). I apply silver all over my body, but only as a spray and not every day. I started using this soap every day and the problems went away. I even put it on my face and found I had less acne, even on cycle. The soap foams, has no smell at all, leaves no residue and leaves a feeling of cleanliness. I even got a few of my friends involved!
